    Islandia Nunca Quema publican su segundo LP vía No Aloha Records. Ya podéis escuchar el disco entero. Elgin Baylor, primer adelanto del disco, es el título de la canción y el nombre del jugador de los Lakers que consiguió el récord de 71 puntos en un partido y 61 en una final pero se tuvo que retirar sin ningún anillo de la NBA.

    El nuevo disco llega 7 años después del anterior LP, Applause, si bien entre medio se publicó el 7" Behold the evil mind / Dotted lines. Ha sido grabado y mezclado por German Rull en los estudios Llimac de Valls. Las ilustraciones de portada e interior son obra de Cristina Lavilla.

    Formados en Reus en 2009, de Islandia Nunca Quema se ha dicho que hacen música elegante, pop rock empeñado en el protagonismo de las guitarras y con la melodía como medio de expresión. Su discografía comprende dos singles, un LP, un disco de versiones y participaciones en los homenajes a Vic Chesnutt (No Aloha, 2020) y Galaxie 500. Pueden presumir de haber acompañado en directo a sus ídolos Robert Forster (The Go-Betweens) y Robyn Hitchcock, y también de figurar en la banda sonora de La propera pell (2016), de Isa Campo e Isaki Lacuesta.
